The Thirty Seconds “Pay-It-Forward” Project

This is something new…that has sort of been happening without my knowing…showing that good things can come out of bleak situations.  This is an introduction to a project that is being launched as we speak.  There will be much more information coming because I can’t seem to write it all out without it becoming a book :)  (Everyone in the video is a friend that has helped in some way.  Thank you for that.)

That was awesome. I love the project.
All these people looked so happy.
I can relate to being nice, but not being happy.

    • akoehn March 28, 2010 at 2:22 pm #

I know what you mean, Barbara. I don’t know if happiness is something we can keep all the time. You all have been nice to me in one way or another…and that helps me feel happy at times. Still…I’ve found that doing something for someone is the best way out of funk. So I guess I’m a self-serving SOB after all…

My world is so much better for knowing you Andy. You are truly an artist. That was a beautiful tribute. I am honored to be included. I was so choked up at the end with the beautiful picture and quote from Laura. I can’t wait to see you in person and laugh together again soon! oxo

Right back atcha’ Danni. Yes…we need to get together. It’s been quite a while hasn’t it? Thanks for making a cameo appearance. (Even though I stole your picture ;) )

Thanks, Helen. I hope you noticed we have Americans…Canadians…people from Ireland and Japan…the UK…and of course beautiful Sweden (for now). Hmmm…I need a Russian I think. (A country Laura and I were able to visit in 2006. Really beautiful…) Take care and stay in touch.

Oh Andy…so powerful and full of inspiration. I am off my chair and ready to help…I will start today. Thanks for continuing to share with us and the picture of Laura and Anna is so beautiful, made me cry and smile at the same time.

    • akoehn March 28, 2010 at 2:30 pm #

Thanks for the encouragement, Karen. That is my favorite picture of Laura. Funny…I have very few of her alone. She always seemed to have a kid on her lap, etc. She was such a great mom. Take care and have a good day!

Thank you for reminding us to keep together and be kind to one another- especially during our living years. Each day is a gift. I will “pay it forward.”

    • akoehn March 28, 2010 at 8:23 pm #

Thanks, Susan…for reading. Let me know how it goes :)

Woo-hoo, Anna! Thanks for checking it out. Laura loved that name…which is why we have an Anna. Have a great day…

I thought it was a very rock-star picture of you, Danni. Captures “you” I think. I will keep it up…and thanks!

Congrats, Irene! That’s so nice to hear…that you’re learning to smile again. (Maybe “letting yourself,” huh?) Keep plugging away…

A beautiful idea to spread this message Andy….In my heart, paying it forward is really the kindest and easiest way to live. AND being kind takes less energy than lower vibrational emotions. This is a lovely project. I will spread the word in my region :)

    • akoehn March 30, 2010 at 8:24 am #

Thanks, Meg! Submit some ideas for the symbol too. Put that leisure time to good use ;) Be good…
